Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Staff member to support and maintain our company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will handle hardware and software troubleshooting, user support, and basic network and system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users (hardware/software/network issues). Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks. Monitor system performance and ensure security and data backups. Maintain IT inventory and documentation. Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in IT support or similar role. Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and basic cybersecurity. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in IT support/troubleshooting Familiarity with Windows, networking, and basic system maintenance Bonus: Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or social media platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
