We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team at Gilani Mobility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to staff. Experience in Zoho applications is required, as the role involves setup, customization, and ongoing administration of Zoho tools used in our company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software.
Administer, configure, and optimize Zoho applications (CRM, People, Books, etc.).
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff across showroom and factory teams.
Ensure data security, backups, and system integrity.
Coordinate with management to implement IT improvements and automation.
Maintain documentation of system processes and IT policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
Hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, People, Books, or other Zoho modules).
Strong knowledge of networks, system security, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience integrating Zoho with third-party applications.
Knowledge of cloud-based systems and data security practices.
Prior experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
