IT Specialist
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
- Previous experience in IT support with a focus on AV systems is preferred in similar domain.
- Experience with Oracle Simphony Point of Sale system, Seven Rooms Reservation Systems with Interfaces.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Expertise in AV equipment, including soundboards, projectors, microphones, and video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices.
