Client Industry: Machinery Manufacturing
Contract Duration: 6 Months Extendable
Location: Dubai, UAE
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Assume a strong and responsive support role to the Gas & Process Sales and Service and provide high quality service and assistance to customers
Assist the Gas and Process Key Account Manager in preparing quotations / offers to various customers
Coordinate with the logistic and aftermarket division in USA I Germany in booking GAP confirmed orders
Communicate with distributors / customers with regard to the shipment of their orders
Prepare invoices and GRN for all GAP orders that have been shipped

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience working Oil and gas industry.
Knowledge with ERP systems like Scala
Good verbal and written communication skills
