Troubleshoot and provide solutions for day-to-day end user operational issues in Oracle Cloud HCM & Taleo stream in ERP operations.
Build strong relationships with the key business stakeholders by providing solutions to their requirements.
Manage and oversee Project delivery documents such as system requirements, design, implementation guides, Runbooks, configuration management guides, etc.
Monitor the assignment groups in ServiceNow & ensure timely allocation of tickets to SI partner Guide the team in resolving reported issues on time as per service level agreement
Drive strong problem management & deep-dive for root-cause analysis to come up with improvisations to be executed a Projects
Prioritizes, manage and service multiple project requests in addition to supporting HCM modules
Actively collaborate with super-users for adoption and best practices
Train users & help push adoption of standard functionalities by leveraging tools like guided learnings.
Support in resolving all compliance & audit-related non-conformances related to ERP
Proactively search for inefficiencies & drive continuous improvements
Support standardization with respect to master data management in HR streams
Ensure to keep-up the vitality of the design & process documents
Work with Oracle Support and hosting provider to resolve issues
Actively collaborate with super-users during quarterly cloud upgrades
Prioritize and deliver key enhancements. Keep track of the delivery date and continuous follow ups with the vendors. Update status to key stakeholders through dash boarding and intelligent reporting.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or university in computer science or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of working within professional, enterprise level IT Organization.
Minimum 5 - 7 years of techno functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Understanding of Oil & Gas field services business practices
Oracle ERP Cloud certifications
Skills & Competencies:
Strong change management skills, and the ability to partner with and influence business partners to adopt simple processes.
Experience in HR data migration for ERP
Experience in implementing or enhancing Cloud HCM and Taleo integrations
Hands-on configuration experience in modules in Oracle Fusion & EBS
Strong knowledge in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS functionality in terms of Functional and Technical aspects to understand the business requirements and propose best fit solution and way forward
General IT Skills, relevant expertise to manage and deliver IT Support.
Ability to work in a team environment and develop relationships, especially with geographically disbursed teams.
Strong problem-solving capability with proactive and logical approach.
Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
