Support the documentation of the IT Strategy for Dubai Economy to support their business goals and objectivesLiaise with HR, Finance and Procurement departments to ensure that he needs and requirements of IT departments are addressed through proper channels and defined processesSupport in monitoring vendor performance and developing periodic performance reporting for senior management based on inputs from delivery managers Coordinate with delivery teams to develop operational reporting (projects and operations metrics) for designated governance forums Ensure that the governance forums are appropriately convened and managed, participate actively during governance forums and follow-up on remediation actions of findingsSupport the measurement, monitoring and periodic reporting of the effectiveness of DE IT processes and controls in alignment with industry standards and leading practices.Assist with internal communication as needed to ensure stakeholders are informed of progress.Job RequirementsExperience in software product development, SDLC, Agile methodologies and practices Knowledge of IT planning and operations, design, and deployment, as well as system life cycle managementProficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and/or SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as external vendorsGreat facilitation, negotiation and influence skillsExcellent problem-solving mentalityConsistently demonstrates positive energy and strong work ethic by getting things doneUnderstanding of governance framework (roles and responsibilities, escalation and communication process, handoffs and control points)Capacity to manage conflict with partners and cross-functional groups within the Business and ITBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or Equivalent Minimum of 2-3 years of IT Governance, Business Analysis and Project Management experienceFluent Arabic-English speaking/writing/listening
