Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Security Engineer to join our healthcare technology team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) environments, penetration testing, and Microsoft 365 security solutions, with a strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and data center operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents within the SOC environment.
• Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across healthcare systems and infrastructure.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Defender, Office 365 Security, and related Microsoft security tools.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to secure healthcare applications, EHR systems, and medical devices.
• Maintain and secure data center infrastructure, ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
• Provide on-site support across multiple healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT Security, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• SOC operations
• Penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus)
• Microsoft 365 Security & Microsoft Defender
• Healthcare IT systems (e.g., PACS, HIS, EMR)
• Data center security and operations
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare data protection laws and compliance standards (e.g., DHA, DOH).
• UAE Driving License and own vehicle are mandatory.

Preferred Certifications:

• CEH, OSCP, or similar ethical hacking certifications
• Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
