Job Summary: As the IT Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of the organization\'s information security program. You will work closely with various teams to assess security risks, develop strategies to mitigate them and ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT security strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization\'s business goals.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and security controls.
- Incident Response and Management:
- Develop and maintain an incident response plan.
- Lead the response to security incidents and breaches, including coordination with law enforcement and legal teams.
- Vendor Security Management:
- Evaluate the security posture of third-party vendors and service providers.
- Ensure vendor compliance with security requirements.
- Security Technology Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security technologies and trends.
- Security Governance:
- Establish and manage a security governance framework.
- Provide regular reports and updates to executive management and the board of directors.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the IT security budget effectively, including resource allocation and cost control.
- Security Incident Analysis:
- Analyze security incidents to understand root causes and improve security measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Security, or similar); a master\'s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in IT security management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of information security principles, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
