IT Business Program Manager

We are currently recruiting for IT Business Program Manager role for our client.

• Job title - IT Business Program Manager
• Location - Abu Dhabi
• Duration - 6 months and extendable
• Requirement - Immediate (Candidates readily available to join on short notice will be given preference)

As IT Business transition Program Manager some of your key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for IT business transitions, including timelines, milestones, resources, interdependencies, milestones, critical path and deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between IT, business units, and external vendors.
• Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
• Issue Management: where any issues arise, you will be expected to develop issue resolution plans to bring the project and plan back on track.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven industry knowledge and experience (10-15 years) as a project manager, preferably in IT transition or business transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) are desirable.
