As we scale in this dynamic and digitally ambitious market, we are looking for a high-impact IT Sales Specialist to lead our regional growth efforts.

Role Overview

This is not just a sales role -- it's a market development mission. You will be the face of NextRow Digital in the GCC, responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving digital transformation conversations with enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Expansion: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across GCC countries -- with a focus on Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
- Solution Selling: Promote NextRow's portfolio of services including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Digital Strategy, and Integration Solutions.
- Strategic Positioning: Understand regional digital transformation trends and position NextRow as a trusted advisor and innovation partner.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with C-level executives, digital leaders, and government stakeholders.
- Bilingual Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals in both Arabic and English, tailored to local business culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Pipeline Ownership: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

- 5-10 years of proven experience in IT or digital services sales within the GCC region.
- Fluent in Arabic (???????) and English (??????????) -- both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of the GCC digital ecosystem, enterprise buying behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Experience working with large enterprises, public sector, or government clients is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
