Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Director - IT Sales Specialist
to lead and expand our enterprise sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales leadership, with deep domain expertise in enterprise solutions, particularly in AI and digital technologies. This role will also include responsibility for leading and collaborating closely with our
AI Engineering Team
to align solutions with market demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the IT sales strategy for enterprise-level clients across the region.
Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Work closely with the
AI Engineering Team
to tailor technical solutions based on client requirements.
Provide strategic input on product development and market positioning.
Cultivate strong client relationships and act as a trusted technology advisor.
Prepare and deliver executive-level sales presentations and proposals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Coach and mentor junior sales and technical staff.
Report directly to the C-level leadership team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
10-20 years of experience in
IT Sales
, including
at least 5 years in a leadership role
.
Proven experience selling complex IT and AI solutions to enterprise clients.
Deep understanding of
AI technologies, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture
.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the
Gulf region
or similar dynamic markets.
Existing network of enterprise clients or government accounts.
Background in working with fast-growing tech companies or start-ups.
