Roles and Responsibilities- Analyze the territory/market?s potential and determine sales and marketing strategies Create customer leads and reach out through cold calling, emails, meetings, etc for generating sales Present, promote and sell (including cross-sell and upsell) IT solutions, products and services to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and demand analyses of existing and potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships for growing sales Prepare and deliver sales pitches and facilitating product demonstrations Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Track and report sales leads, targets and performance metrics reports Track and renew existing service contracts Coordinate sales effort with pre-sales, delivery and other team members and departments Supply management with reports on industry trends, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Experience in working on large deals will be a plus Requirements / Skills:Should have a minimum 6 years of experience in IT Sales of which a minimum 2 years of IT sales experience in UAE/Middle East Knowledge of lead generation, CRM, and MS office solutions Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Bachelor?s degree in business or a related field Any IT knowledge/experience is a plus UAE driving license and driving history
