Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and goal-oriented IT Sales Executive to drive sales for our Web Hosting and Business Email Solutions in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in IT sales with a proven track record, including at least 2+ years of experience in the Dubai market selling hosting and email services. This role requires excellent client engagement skills and a solid understanding of B2B technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new B2B clients for web hosting, cloud, and email solutions within the Dubai market. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Present product demos, technical solutions, and pricing proposals tailored to client needs. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and post-sales support. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years focused on the Dubai market in web hosting and email solutions. In-depth knowledge of shared/VPS/cloud hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and business email platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zimbra). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Familiarity with local business practices and client expectations in Dubai. Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision. UAE driving license is a plus.
