Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled

IT Sales Engineer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling

end-to-end IT solutions

including

CCTV, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity solutions, servers, IT AMC

, and general IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, proposing the right solutions, and driving the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors. Promote and sell IT solutions including:

CCTV & surveillance systems

Microsoft 365 & email solutions

Cybersecurity services

(firewalls, endpoint protection, threat management)

Server and storage solutions

Networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi setups)

IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Access control, intercoms, and smart office/home integrations

Conduct client meetings and site visits to gather requirements. Design customized solutions tailored to client needs and budgets. Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and quotations. Coordinate with technical and support teams for implementation. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Maintain strong post-sales relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on latest technology trends, tools, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in IT sales, especially in GCC (preferred). Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions. Hands-on understanding of: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD) CCTV systems (IP-based, remote monitoring, integration) Firewalls, antivirus, and cybersecurity tools Networking and server configuration Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

Skills:



Proposal writing, BOQ preparation, and tender response CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) Technical solution designing & documentation Strong sales negotiation and closing skills Time management and project coordination
