Analytica is hiring a results-driven IT Sales Engineer to support the sales of IT, digital, and AI-driven solutions. The role focuses on understanding client requirements, proposing suitable technical solutions, supporting the sales cycle, and coordinating with technical and delivery teams to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads and potential clients to understand business and technical needs.
Present and sell IT solutions including software, AI, digital transformation, and managed services.
Prepare and explain techno-commercial proposals in coordination with technical teams.
Conduct solution walkthroughs, demos, and client meetings (online or onsite).
Follow up leads with a clear focus on deal progression and closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for solution feasibility, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate sales data, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in CRM.
Support monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
Requirements
1-2 years experience in IT sales, solution sales or technology consulting.
Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, cloud, AI or digital platforms.
Strong English communication skills, Arabic is a plus.
Good presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Comfortable with emails, proposals, CRM systems and online meetings.
Organized, proactive and closure-focused mindset.
Immediate availability preferred.
UAE Driving License.
