About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven

IT Sales Consultant

to join our growing software solutions team. The ideal candidate will have at least

1 year of experience in IT or software sales

and a strong passion for helping businesses implement innovative technology solutions. You'll be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals for tailored software and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through online tools and databases. Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and follow-ups to drive conversions. Present customized software and IT solutions aligned with client needs. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal and technical teams for successful project delivery and client onboarding.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience

in IT, software consulting, or related B2B sales. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Familiarity with

CRM systems, lead generation tools, and outreach platforms

. Basic understanding of software implementation and client onboarding processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
