IT Sales Consultant

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least

1 year of experience in IT, software consulting, or a related service-based industry

. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving B2B sales of software solutions and IT consulting services. You will play a key role in identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery in collaboration with our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Research, identify, and qualify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and scraping tools Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a solid sales pipeline Organize and manage client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to convert opportunities Present and promote tailored software solutions that meet client requirements Negotiate, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable IT services and consulting solutions Coordinate closely with internal and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of experience in IT, software consulting, or a related service-based industry

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems, lead scraping platforms, and outreach automation tools Good understanding of software implementation cycles and client onboarding processes Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
