Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an integrated IT risk management framework to identify, assess, and manage technology risks.
• Define and communicate IT risk appetite and tolerance levels across teams to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
• Promote a culture of proactive risk awareness and accountability within IT operations.
• Collaborate with the Group CISO to ensure proper implementation and maintenance of security controls across systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee IT risk assessment processes, ensuring that appropriate treatment strategies-such as mitigation, transfer, or acceptance-are applied.
• Deliver regular reports and dashboards on IT risk profiles, key risk indicators (KRIs), and mitigation progress to senior management.
• Partner with leadership to review risk exposure and refine treatment plans based on evolving business needs.
• Coordinate and manage the Technology Risk Committee, tracking and ensuring timely closure of action items.
• Plan and conduct assurance reviews, internal assessments, and control validation activities to strengthen IT risk governance.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in IT risk management, information security, or governance functions.
• Strong understanding of IT risk frameworks such as ISO 31000, COBIT, NIST, or equivalent.
• Experience collaborating with CISO and leadership teams to drive risk mitigation strategies.
• Skilled in developing risk reports, KRIs, and executive dashboards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27005 Risk Manager are advantageous.
