Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong foundation in project management methodologies to lead and deliver technology initiatives within the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will be certified in globally recognized project management frameworks and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects from inception to closure.
• Apply PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile/Scrum best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align project goals with organizational strategy.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and documentation to senior management
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance and industry standards.
• Required Qualifications & Certifications:
• Strong foundation in IT project management principles and practices.

Mandatory certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner (or higher)
• Certified Scrum Master / Agile certification
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience, preferably in IT-related projects.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven track record in delivering projects within the utilities sector (water, electricity, energy, or related industries).
• Experience working in large-scale transformation or digitalization programs.
• Strong command of both Arabic and English is preferential but not essential.

Other Requirements:

• Onsite availability in Abu Dhabi is mandatory (no remote arrangements).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural, multi-stakeholder environments.
