Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to all stakeholders. Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus). Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification. Experience working in [specific industry, e.g., construction, IT, finance, etc.]. Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
