Own overall project management and governance. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans. Establish project charters, reporting frameworks, and risk logs. Lead weekly and monthly progress reviews and provide status reporting to leadership. Manage scope, budget, and timeline across multiple workstreams and vendor sub-teams. Drive issue and risk management by maintaining risk/issue registers and mitigation plans. Implement change control procedures. Act as the primary liaison to leadership and steering committees.
Requirements:
Proven project leadership experience on large-scale IT implementations. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. Expertise in risk and issue management, as well as change control. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred for local engagement. Familiarity with public-sector or tax authority projects is an advantage.
