Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced

IT Project Manager

to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and align project outcomes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT and digital projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with design teams to review and contribute to UI/UX mockups created in Figma and Adobe tools. Communicate effectively with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Break down project tasks, create timelines, and monitor progress to meet deadlines. Conduct regular project meetings and status updates with internal teams and clients. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines. Coordinate across departments including development, creative, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role (minimum 3-5 years). Proficiency in

Figma

and

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, XD). Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to review design quality. Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana). Familiarity with web/mobile development processes and terminology. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Design, or related field preferred. PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
