Job Description
As the IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of all IT projects. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and implementing best practice PMO frameworks, project governance, reporting and effective vendor management.
- Ensure project alignment with IT PMO practices, processes and policies
- Plan, implement and manage IT projects, coordinating stakeholder efforts for efficiency and to avoid duplication of effort
- Onboard vendors with necessary access and facilities for project execution
- Monitor projects against quality, timelines and acceptance criteria, facilitating periodic PMO governance meetings to initiate corrective actions as required
- Develop, enforce, and maintain project governance policies, procedures, risk register, and documentation for audits
- Bachelor\'s degree is required and familiarity with international frameworks such as ITIL, PMI, or Prince 2
- Proficiency in IT project management and setting up the PMO function, ideally within a construction and/or real estate environment
- Exposure to various technologies including SAP technologies/modules, Azure cloud, CRM and S/4HANA
- Proven experience delivering presentations on project progress to c-suite and board level senior leadership
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
