IT Project Planning & Finance Admin Specialist
Duration: 12 Months
We are hiring IT Project Planning & Finance Admin Specialist to join our team. Ideal candidate will lead and monitor QA/QC activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and deliverables Lead and monitor QA/QC activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets across departments/projects Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasts, and budgetary controls Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project and financial goals Identify risks, track project KPIs, and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks Utilize MS Project to manage timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation effectively Demonstrate strong commitment to workload completion -- not limited to fixed working hours
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in IT project planning and financial administration Strong understanding of QA/QC processes Mastery in Microsoft Project application is required Proficient in Excel and financial systems Excellent communication and organizational skills
