Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in IT governance to oversee and manage technology projects while ensuring alignment with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and strategic goals. This role bridges the gap between project execution and governance by enforcing standards, managing risks, and ensuring accountability across IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage IT projects while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001). Establish and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure IT governance policies, controls, and best practices are embedded throughout project lifecycles. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and performance metrics. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for IT projects. Prepare detailed project documentation and regular status reports for leadership. Support audits and reviews by maintaining proper documentation and evidence of compliance. Facilitate communication between IT, compliance, security, and business units.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in IT project management and IT governance. Familiarity with governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO standards. Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and audit processes in IT. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience 2-3 years Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
