Core Duties

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating IT projects
• Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
• Support project managers with reporting and documentation
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders
• Use project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello to manage tasks
• Monitor risks and issues, escalating when necessary
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Assist with project governance and compliance requirements

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in project coordination or IT project management
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or other project management frameworks
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Certification such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, or CSM is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
