Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven IT Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our E-commerce platform.
You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring we deliver high-value features that enhance user experience and drive revenue
:Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Define the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and E-commerce trends
Agile Management: Lead the product development lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into detailed user stories and technical specifications
Ecommerce Optimization: Enhance the customer journey (search, checkout, payment integration, and post-purchase) to increase conversion rates
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI designers, marketing, and senior management to ensure alignment
Data Analysis: Use KPIs and analytics tools to monitor product performance and make data-backed decisions
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT Product Management, specifically within the E-commerce sector
Methodology
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana)
Language
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Technical Skills
Familiarity with web/mobile technologies
