IT PMO & ANALYST (IT GOVERNANCE, RISKs and STRATEGY)

Contract : 3 years

Location : Doha

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's in computer science or a related field.

Minimum Work Experience: Min of 6+ years of experience.

o Fluent in both English and Arabic.

Experience in designing, developing, executing, and improving policies, processes and supporting documentation in alignment with best practices and frameworks.

Ability to use any project management tools and suggest
improvements and enhancements.

Demonstrated experience in conducting business analysis and
translating business requirements such as features prioritization,

enhancements, and system integrations into functional and technical

specifications.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in formulating IT objectives
and developing effective techniques for deriving these objectives.

Deep understanding of internal and external auditing techniques
including audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, control tracking, and

remediation activities.

Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management methodologies,
frameworks, and principles to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, test

and report on risks and controls.

Experience in IT process improvement, leveraging frameworks
methodologies.

Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to effectively participate in a multi-cultural and
multi-national workforce.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with refined
presentation skills and the ability to work with contractors and other

departments at varying levels of management.

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. The ability to work with minimal supervision and consistently deliver
results required.

Ability to analyze KPIs and suggest improvements. Review and amend RFPs before begin issued. Coordinating with project managers assuring smooth executions of
projects.
