Job Description

Job Title: IT Performance Management Specialist Department : Technology

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management Optimize the overall performance of IT services and initiatives within the DCT technology department, including but not limited to; monitoring, analysing, improving KPIs and SLAs to ensure efficient service delivery. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to IT service performance, maintain robust IT governance practices, and leverage data analysis to drive informed decision-making. Performance Monitoring, Analysis, and Optimization Develop and implement frameworks for monitoring and measuring the performance of IT services in-line with the defined strategies. Regularly collect and analyse performance data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement. Analyse performance data to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services. Identify performance gaps and bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate performance findings and insights to stakeholders, including Technology leadership and business units. Collaborate with Technology teams to gather data requirements for dashboards, ensuring they align with performance monitoring objectives. Design and develop visually compelling and informative dashboards that effectively communicate key performance metrics and trends. Train and assist end-users in understanding and navigating the performance dashboards. Continuously explore enhancements and improvements to dashboard design and functionality to better serve Technology department needs. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to optimize IT service performance. Identify and prioritize improvement initiatives based on the analysis of performance data. Compliance and Stakeholder Engagement Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies related to IT service performance. Conduct audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and areas requiring corrective actions. Develop and implement processes and controls to maintain compliance and continuously monitor adherence to standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT performance management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT teams, business units, and stakeholders, to align performance goals and objectives. Foster effective communication channels to address performance-related concerns and facilitate feedback loops.
