Role Summary

The Sr. Specialist performance Management is responsible to perform performance analysis, prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends. Also, responsible to advise the management team on potential performance risks and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives and legislation.

What's on Your Plate? Apply a range of data analysis techniques to enable senior managers to have a detailed understanding of the effectiveness of services, potential risks and potential lines of enquiry that require further review or audit.

Develop organizational performance indicators, scorecards and dashboards related to service quality and performance; and work with relevant cross-departmental colleagues to identify methods to collect and analyze such indicators. Can translate ad hoc requests into long term solutions/ data dashboards to ensure future efficiency. Develop and maintain a process for gathering, validating, and analyzing performance information relating to corporate plans/strategies, key policies and standards, service effectiveness and service risk and presenting them visually. Develop a clear understanding of the scope and content of performance reports required by management. Establish a process for creating the reports within the relevant timescales. Measure Local performance, function by function, daily ( Main Dashboard,, Functional Decks) Stays up to date with new/existing tools/applications developed by talabat to ensure that they are being utilized effectively. Mentor and guide junior members of the team to develop their technical skills, business understanding through training and leading by example. Propose product enhancements to improve experience, ways of work and performance. Support HoDs and MD on tasks (Weekly Tasks, MD Deck, Weekly Performance touchpoint
