Job Description

Role Title: IT Operation Manager.

Pay: Up to AED 10,000 per month + Other benefits based on experience.

The IT Operation Manager is responsible for providing guidance and consulting to Convivo's medium-scale customers, defining and designing the IT requirement to meet business needs and implementing solutions for the transformation and optimization of customer's IT infrastructure. The manager shall lead managing projects and support services to the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Customers to understand their requirements and establish clear IT system. Serve as a subject matter expert to guide Customer's "IT Roadmap" strategy by convincing decision-makers. Conduct technical audit and produce gap analysis report to meet industry best practices. Compile and deliver architectural and security IT infrastructure customized to meet customer's requirements and needs. IT infrastructure architecture and Bill of Material to meet customer's system requirements. Oversee Project execution and technical support activities. Fluently communicate with different stakeholders and business audiences by listening to the customer's and collaborating with peer teams - verbally and in written for.
The candidate must have a minimum of ten years' experience in IT infrastructure management and should have managed IT workforce.
