IT Officer - Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

IT Officer

to manage and support all technical operations in our

Tasheel Center

. The role involves maintaining computer systems, network connectivity, and government service platforms such as

MOHRE, ICP, and Emirates ID

to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain

computers, printers, scanners, and biometric devices

. Ensure stable access to

MOHRE, Immigration (ICP), and other UAE government systems

. Troubleshoot and resolve

hardware, software, and network issues

promptly. Manage

LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls

. Perform

data backup, antivirus management, and system security updates

. Provide technical support to

typists and front-line staff

for daily operations. Coordinate with

vendors and developers

for IT system updates or maintenance. Maintain accurate

records of IT assets and licenses

. Support

CCTV and access control systems

when required. Follow

data privacy and IT security policies

.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

. Minimum

2-3 years of IT support experience

, preferably in a

Tasheel, Amer, or Tadbeer Center

. Good understanding of

Windows systems, networking, and troubleshooting

. Experience using

government e-services platforms (MOHRE, ICP, Emirates ID, etc.)

. Knowledge of

ERP systems and e-signature device configuration

is an advantage. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent in

English

is a plus.
