Job Title: Hotel IT Officer
? Location: Nehal Hotel, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Officer to manage and support the hotel's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a background in hospitality systems, and the ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues efficiently to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support all hotel IT systems, including servers, PCs, POS terminals, printers, and network devices.
• Ensure reliable and secure operation of all IT and communication systems.
• Provide daily technical support to all departments.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software systems as required.
• Manage user accounts, access control, and data security.
• Monitor and maintain backup systems and antivirus software.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance or upgrades.
• Support and maintain hotel management systems (especially WINHMS).
• Document system configurations, incidents, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support within a hotel or hospitality environment (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with hotel systems (WINHMS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows servers, and POS systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.
