Job Details :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or administration
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, antivirus software, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified, etc.) preferred
