Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and Maintain Information Technology and communication infrastructure
• Assist in preparing IT Budget
• Manage and maintain Networks (Cisco-Switches, Firewall-Sonic Wall/Juniper)
• Manage and Maintain Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Exchange Servers, Azure, AWS.
• Manage and Maintain Antivirus/Anti-Spam
• Manage and maintain AVAYA Voice System, WIFI System, Hyper V Servers, Fresh Service Incident Management System, Change Management System, etc.
• Responsible for taking Backups of Emails and core application's, Directors Data, Users data and Maintain Onsite, offsite backup
• Prepare and send Weekly status report to IT Manager
• Participate in software selection and evaluation, coordinating with IT vendors and suppliers for IT equipment/service procurement, License/AMC renewals.
• End User Support: Provide all kind of IT related support/Training (Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Wireless Device, Handhelds/PDA-/Android/Windows Mobile/iPhone, iPad etc)
• DIRECTORS SUPPORT: Provide all kind of IT related support to Directors (Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Wireless Device, Handheld devices, Samsung/iphone etc.)
• Responsible for Maintaining Information Security (ISO27001)
• Responsible for enforcing IT Policy and procedures as per ISO

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge in managing network, Active Directory (2008/2012/2016), Exchange 2016
• Knowledge in Backup System (Symantec/ Backup Exec and NT Backup)
• Knowledge in Email Gateway Security ( ANTI-SPAM Solutions)
• Knowledge on Microsoft 0365, Exchange on Cloud, Mobile Device Management Systems, AWS Cloud.
• Knowledge of Antivirus Server (Server Client Model, Cloud).
• Knowledge in configuring and maintaining DNS, DHCP, VPN etc
• Expertise with Firewall (Sonic Wall, Juniper)
• Expertise with Virtual Server environment Hyper-V
• ITIL Knowledge.
• Information Security.

Min. Qualifications and Experience: Education: University level degree/course in computer sciences studies CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or higher, MCSE / MCITP or higher, ITIL, ISO27001LA/CISA, CISSP, any other certification will be a plus point. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure with full responsibilities of providing end-user support, managing Servers and applications software, Network resources troubleshooting, upgrading and project management in a cooperate environment Others:

• Valid GCC Driving License is desirable.
