We are looking to hire a IT Officer with 5 years experience to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- To maintains the computer and network systems of an organization.
- Troubleshooting
- Diagnosing computer hardware and software issues
- Setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
- Conducting daily backup operations.
- Managing technical documentation.
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
- A+, Linux+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in database programming and software installation.
