IT Officer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive IT Officer to manage our technology infrastructure and support our team, with a focus on retail systems and Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in networking, server administration, POS management, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs for corporate and retail systems. Configure, support, and maintain POS terminals, ensuring stable network connectivity. Administer physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Linux/Server) and oversee cloud backups. Serve as the technical lead for Odoo ERP, including modules, user access, and basic customization. Provide technical support for ARP systems and ERP integration, ensuring smooth operations across departments. Manage software licenses and ensure all applications are updated, compliant, and aligned with company policies. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Enforce IT policies, maintain secure access control, and support daily retail operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong networking knowledge, including networking, ARP, VLANs, routing & switching, and wireless security. Experience with Windows (Client/Server), macOS, Linux, POS software, and Odoo ERP. Knowledge of hardware, peripherals, and mobile device management. Knowledge of Access Controls Security systems and theft-prevention controls.

Experience & Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2-5 years of IT support, systems administration, or retail IT experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, Odoo) preferred.
