As an IT Officer at Rentokil Initial, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure and providing support to our staff. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via IT tickets, email, or in-person.
+ Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
+ Support Windows, Chrome OS, Microsoft 365, printers, and common business applications.
+ Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
+ Create and manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
+ Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 or external vendors as required.
+ Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
+ Monitor IT inventory, including hardware and accessories.
+ Support onboarding/offboarding processes for staff by preparing IT assets and accounts.
+ Ensure adherence to internal IT policies and data security standards.
+ Act as a liaison between the IT department, vendors, and other internal departments.
