IT Officer Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Officer to join our team. As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization\'s hardware and software systems, overseeing network infrastructure, and coordinating internet marketing efforts. Additionally, you will be involved in graphic designing, web development, and managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: . Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users. Ensure the security and integrity of the organization\'s data by implementing necessary measures, such as backups and antivirus software. Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of hardware and software. Networking and Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain the organization\'s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network availability. Implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. Perform regular network maintenance activities, including firmware upgrades and patch management. Internet Marketing: Develop and execute internet marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive website traffic. Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, social media ads, and email marketing. Analyze web analytics data to identify trends, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve website performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in internet marketing. Graphic Designing and Photoshop: Create visually appealing graphics and designs for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms. Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop or other graphic editing software. Ensure consistency in branding and design across various platforms and materials. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging visual content. Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement and customize content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. Optimize websites for performance, search engines, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy web-based applications. Social Media Management: Manage and update social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging and relevant content to drive audience engagement and increase brand awareness. Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, and respond in a timely manner. Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on campaign performance. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in hardware and software management, networking, internet marketing, graphic designing, and web development. Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows and macOS, and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure components, and security principles. Familiarity with internet marketing strategies and tools, such as SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
