Job Description

This position exists to provide exceptional value to Valiant Healthcare LLC through superior service by delivering quality, cost-effective and timely information technology support and solutions: Manage implementation, installation, upgrade and security of data center network devices to bring efficiency and effectiveness to existing processes and operations. Provide network hardware and/or software support to include day-to-day operation and problem resolution for all data center and facility's network equipment Install new / rebuild existing network devices and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Install and configure multi-vendor network systems such as WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, load balancers and security internal systems. Perform network assessments and security audits Perform daily network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, network resources, systems and key processes, reviewing logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as configuration backups. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions Implement the necessary controls and procedures to protect information systems assets from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure or destruction. Repair and recover from hardware and/or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with vendors Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning. - Inventory Control tasks may include verifying serial numbers on equipment, updating support and records. Manage and administer Avaya Unifed communication System and troubleshoot Call Center issues. Training and education in IT from an accredited college or institution. - Configuring DHCP, DNS, Network protocols, Firewall, File share, SharePoint sites - Troubleshooting of Multifunctional Devices like printers scanners Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience:
