Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network devices.
Provide first-line technical support to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Manage system updates, backups, and cybersecurity protocols.
Administer email servers, user accounts, and access permissions.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements where needed.
Ensure data protection, compliance, and secure information handling.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.
Support the integration of digital tools, websites, and online learning platforms.
Assist in IT training sessions and documentation for staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in IT support, system administration, or network management.
Strong understanding of
Windows, Office 365, networking, and cloud environments
.
Familiarity with
website hosting, CMS, and cybersecurity principles
.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in
English and Arabic
.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
Industry certifications such as
CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft (MCSA)
