Job Description
As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for providing essential technical support and maintaining IT systems and equipment. Your role includes troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring hardware and software functionality, and assisting colleagues with their IT-related needs.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to colleagues for IT hardware and software problems. Diagnose and resolve IT issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and technology rollouts. Stay informed about emerging technology trends and provide recommendations. Document IT processes, procedures, and technical guidelines. Support in the procurement and evaluation of IT hardware and software. Assist in IT-related documentation and reporting tasks.
