The IT Manager will oversee the IT service delivery to internal business partners and manage the organization\'s IT application portfolio, infrastructure, and services. This role involves establishing the IT strategy, governance, and service delivery framework, as well as implementing ERP systems and security systems. The IT Manager will act as an IT business partner, providing technical support to all internal functions and aligning the IT function with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities: * Start-up Phase:

• Develop IT strategy, technology architecture, and governance framework.
• Select suitable systems for core business functions and integrate security systems.
• Provide leadership and direction to implementation vendors.
• Manage IT projects and coordinate between external vendors and internal teams.
• Establish and optimize IT governance policies, standards, and processes.
• Design and implement the Information Security Management System.
• Operational Phase: a) IT Strategy and Planning:

• Refine and manage the IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop the IT organization structure and recruitment.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade or consolidate software.
• Formulate business proposals and budgets related to IT.

b) IT Governance:

• Develop and maintain the IT governance framework and information security policies.
• Monitor changes in regulations and ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain information systems disaster recovery plans.

c) IT Service Delivery:

• Oversee IT service support and coordination.
• Analyze incident trends and resolve major incidents.
• Ensure audit compliance, information security, and business continuity.

d) IT Infrastructure Management:

• Manage the performance of computers, networks, and applications.
• Address performance issues and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Develop standard operating procedures and train users.
• Provide oversight for intrusion detection and response.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT or a related field, preferably with a postgraduate degree in MIS.
• Advanced knowledge of information security principles and practices.
• Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, and ITIL V3 are preferred.
• 10+ years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and implementing security initiatives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to influence senior management and establish collaborative partnerships.
• Strong project management, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
