Job Title Internal Audit Manager

Description

Internal Audit Manager - UAE Nationals Only
Assess compliance with corporate governance and industry standards and practices.
Assists in the development of budgets, manpower plans and areas of strategic importance.
Quality assurance review of all audit reports prepared by Audit Executives.
Endorses validity of issues raised and recommendations given by Audit team.
Reporting on progress against approved work plans and advising on the status of audit issues.
Follows up on outstanding Audit issues and comes to a timely resolve.
Oversees service level agreements with external audit firms and evaluates quality of work.
Supports in the implementation of an agreed action plan based upon findings reported.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
Professional Accounting Qualification CPA/CMA/CA
Auditing qualification would be an advantage CIA/CISA
5-7 years in internal/external auditing
Exposure within the Big 4 Auditing Firms and Oil and Gas
Negotiation and convincing skills is a must
