About the Role

As an integral part of our digital asset custodian startup, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and infrastructure that align with the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Manage and maintain the organization\'s network, hardware, and software systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs, and provide technical support and training as required.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.

About you

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven work experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or digital asset industry.
• Solid understanding of network security, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Experience in managing cloud-based infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in IT operations and infrastructure management software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
