Nauru Medical Center is looking for a skilled and motivated
IT Manager
to keep our hospital's technology running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, leading a small team, and supporting systems that help save lives--this role is for you.What You'll Do
Oversee daily IT operations across the hospital. Manage networks, servers, hardware, and software. Support and maintain hospital systems (HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS). Strengthen cybersecurity, data backups, and system reliability. Lead IT staff and coordinate with vendors. Deliver tech improvements and upgrade projects.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+/Network+ are an advantage. Fluency in English (required). 5+ years IT experience
(healthcare or hospital experience required).
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, and hospital information systems.Why Join Us?
