Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT services while supporting business objectives and leading continuous improvement across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems. Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring system availability, performance, and data security. Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, implementations, and digital transformation initiatives. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage user access, cybersecurity measures, backups, and disaster recovery plans. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and resolve escalated IT issues. Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and consultants. Monitor IT budgets, licenses, and contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements aligned with business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
