IT Manager (Oracle ERP & Infrastructure)

Qualification - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) - EBS or Database Oracle Fusion Cloud certification (optional but preferred) ITIL, PMP, or COBIT (for process and project governance)
Experience- 10-15 years of solid experience in Oracle EBS (R12 or later) and Oracle database technologies. Hands-on knowledge of Oracle development (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow).

Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion Applications, OCI) is a plus. Strong experience in data security, access control, and IT governance in Oracle environments.

Job Profile

Oracle ERP & Application Management:

Manage the complete lifecycle of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) including Finance, Supply Chain, HRMS, and Procurement modules. Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation, upgrades, patching, cloning, and customization projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate into technical specs, and ensure alignment with Oracle capabilities. Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, Oracle Forms, Reports, and workflows to support business operations. Manage system integration between Oracle EBS and third-party applications using Oracle APIs and interfaces. Map and improve business processes in collaboration with finance, HR, and procurement departments. Design and implement financial, operational, and audit reports using Oracle BI or native tools. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve business efficiency and competitiveness Lead or participate in strategic IT planning initiatives aligned with business goals and digital transformation objectives. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.

Infrastructure & Database:

Administer and support Oracle Database environments (11g/12c/19c) and work closely with DBA teams for tuning and optimization. Manage on-prem Oracle application servers and cloud infrastructure (Oracle Cloud, OCI, or other public cloud platforms). Ensure performance, availability, and scalability of Oracle systems. Define and maintain disaster recovery (DR) plans and system backup strategies for Oracle ERP.

Security & Governance:

Implement and manage data security, access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and user role provisioning within Oracle applications. Work with internal audit teams for compliance, security audits, and risk assessments. Ensure license compliance with Oracle licensing models and engage with Oracle support for SR management.

IT Strategy & Vendor Management:

Work with executive management to align Oracle system capabilities with business goals. Prepare and manage the IT and Oracle ERP budget, including hardware, software, and support contracts. Manage relationships with Oracle support, system integrators, and other IT vendors. Evaluate new Oracle features and modules (e.g., Fusion/Cloud) for continuous improvement.

Pay: AED23,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
