About the Role
At ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC, we help our clients navigate complex IT transformations. We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager (Infrastructure) to plan and deliver technology-driven infrastructure projects for one of Dubais leading public transport organizations. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders to implement IT solutions that enhance public transit operations, security, and service quality across the city.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for IT infrastructure initiatives in the public transport sector including scope, timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Liaise with government agencies, IT teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution.
Implement best practices for IT governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with local regulations and standards.
Oversee data center, cloud, networking, security, and business continuity components.
Utilize Agile or Lean practices to enhance collaboration and project delivery efficiency.
Develop KPIs and status reports for leadership and clients to track progress.
Drive continuous improvements across process and technology.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
7+ years of hands-on IT project management experience, especially on infrastructure projects.
Prior experience in public transport, smart cities, or similar public-sector projects is highly valued.
Certifications like PMP, Prince2, ITIL, AWS/Azure Cloud or similar will be advantageous.
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Jira.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
