Work closely with production, procurement, inventory, finance, sales, and quality teams to map business processes
Customize and optimize ERP modules related to
manufacturing, batch tracking, inventory, costing, and compliance
Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
Ensure data migration accuracy, system integration, and user acceptance
Develop SOPs, documentation, and provide user training
IT Operations & Infrastructure
Manage overall IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems
Ensure system security, data backups, and disaster recovery plans
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Manage IT vendors, licenses, and service contracts
Plan and control IT budgets and technology investments
Process Improvement & Support
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and system enhancements
Ensure ERP and IT systems support regulatory and operational requirements
Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to internal teams
Stay updated on new technologies relevant to manufacturing and ERP systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as an
IT Manager or ERP Project Lead
in a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience implementing ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)
Strong understanding of
manufacturing processes
, inventory management, and supply chain operations
Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system security
Preferred Skills
Experience in
perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, or chemical manufacturing
Knowledge of batch manufacturing, formulation tracking, and quality control systems
Strong project management and documentation skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
